Temperature controlled milk cooling

As a result, the warm milk is not pumped evenly through the plate cooler. In order to ensure that the milk is sufficiently cooled, it's necessary to work with an additional cold water supply or with a water treatment plant and a higher amount of purified water. But the peak consumption of a company is usually only for a few hours. During the rest of the day, an oversized water treatment plant would be in operation for a much lower water consumption.
