Simply produce disinfectants yourself
Cost-effective, only with salt, water and little electricity!
This is how it works:
The disinfectant in the REMOLYZER NT is produced by electro-chemical activation (ECA). With a sodium chloride solution (common salt) and some energy, long-lasting sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) is produced in a patented electrolysis cell. In exactly metered concentration, it is added to the drinking water or process water. Due to the needs-oriented and closed production of the disinfectant in the machine, no dangerous chlorates are formed. An advantage for safety: the entire technology is installed in one machine and the entire process is monitored. After use, no residues of the disinfectant remain in the water system.
Your advantages:
- Disinfect drinking water and process water without residue, sustainable and environmentally friendly, thanks to patented technology.
- Fight the cause of germs in the water - without storing dangerous substances!
- Immediate degradation of biofilm and permanently excellent water hygiene.
- Without influence on the water taste.
- Make your own disinfectant, e.g. for the stable disinfection.
Product advantages:
Technical
- Complete technology in one system
- Durable, patented electrolysis cell with single-chamber system without membrane
- Self-priming pump
- Network connection Remon
- Remote Control
Handling
- Plug and play
- Easy operation via touchscreen
- Mobile Space-saving and compact design (fits through a standard door)
- Easy refilling of salt outside the appliance
- Large salt container reduces labor
- Storage tank for disinfectant in the machine ensures availability
Safety
- Safeguards
- Disinfectant concentration in the water can be measured at any time (test set)
- Registered on biocide list
- No development of dangerous chlorine gases
- No transport and storage of hazardous substances such as chlorine dioxide TÜV-tested, patented electrolysis cell with ventilation
- Childproof
- Production "on demand"
- No waste product
Effectiveness
- Biofilm is removed immediately
- Sustainable continuous dosing prevents rebuilding of biofilm
- No formation of resistant germs
- Use during operation possible
- Dosing pump allows adjustable disinfectant concentration at any time
- Concentrate still effective 5 weeks after production
High performance - low costs
For a liter of disinfectant concentrate, the system requires only 24 g of salt. Due to the low salt and water consumption, the running costs of the system are reduced to a minimum.
Example calculation for system performance
- With only 2 ppm (parts per million) »disinfect 300 m³ of water a day In compliance with the TVO (Drinking Water Ordinance) limit
- Disinfect with only 0.3 ppm »2000 m³ of water costs
0,3 ppm (TVO limit) | 0,0012 € / m³ |
0,5 ppm | 0,002 € / m³ |
1,0 ppm | 0,004 € / m³ |
2,0 ppm | 0,008 € / m³ |
3,0 ppm | 0,012 € / m³ |

Germs and biofilm - a danger for animals and operation
Influences
REMON ensures that your treated and clean water stays clean right to the point of delivery. There are many causes that can affect water hygiene:
- Resting water in pipes and water tanks
- Temporarily unused pipe systems
- Stable heat
- Germs from the stables
- Organic material, such as leftovers
- Residues of drugs
Consquences
These influences create unpleasant odors, germs and biofilm in the water system (such as slimy deposits in potions). The biofilm contains microorganisms (e.g., bacteria, algae, fungi). This symbiotic combination of microorganisms can contaminate potions and process water and clog pipes.
Negative effects
- Reduced water hygiene
- Danger of infections in animals
- Reduced feed intake and performance of the animals
- Deterioration of drinking behavior
- Legal water policies are not respected
- Clogging pipes and pickup points
Ineffective and dangerous methods against germs and biofilm
Conventional methods are often dangerous, labor-intensive or inaccurately effective. Transportation and storage of hazardous materials (such as chlorine dioxide) are very demanding. There is always the danger of the formation of chlorine gases. The low acquisition costs are quickly eliminated from the very high follow-up costs.
